SCIM A – Hiring

1. What is this training about?

The objective of this training is to improve hiring process in factories to ensure that the best candidates are selected. Trainees have the opportunity to review all steps of the hiring process: designing job descriptions, deciding on recruitment strategies, preparing and using selection tools, etc. After taking this course, participants will be in a better position to make hiring decisions based of objective criteria and to ensure an efficient hiring process as well as compliance to code requirement of non-dicrimination and equality at workplace.


2. Who should consider this training?

Management from Human Resources Department with hiring responsibilities. 


3. How long is this training?

The advanced module on hiring runs a total of 1 day.  Adaptations can be made to accommodate to needs.
